What we do as OT's?
Occupational therapy helps children develop the skills they need to participate fully in daily life—at home, at school, and in play. Through individualized activities and exercises, occupational therapists work on movement, coordination, sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, and daily living tasks. The goal is to build independence, confidence, and a love for learning, while addressing each child’s unique needs.

Occupational therapy focused on developing fine motor skills such as grasp, coordination, handwriting, cutting, buttoning, and precise hand movements needed for school and daily activities.

Therapy that supports balance, coordination, posture, and overall body movement to help children move confidently during play and daily activities.

Interventions that help children process sensory input more effectively, supporting attention, emotional regulation, behavior, and comfort in everyday environments. Helping children better understand and respond to their senses, including movement, taste, see, touch, and sound

Building independence in self-care routines, organization, and age-appropriate daily activities that promote confidence and participation at home and school.

Occupational therapy supporting children with fractures, healing injuries, joint stiffness, muscle weakness, or movement challenges, including recovery after casts, splints, or braces, to promote comfortable, pain-free, and functional movement in daily activities.

Personalized occupational therapy provided in the comfort of your child’s natural environment, allowing skills to be practiced where they matter most.
